No. Sharing works entry by entry, never by section. Every entry starts as “Only me”, and a trusted person sees only the individual entries you marked as shared. They can add entries of their own and edit what they added — never what you added.

Every entry he marked as shared, exactly as he wrote it — the number, the address and the note on it. Nothing he left as Only me, and no hint that it exists. The one thing you never see, even on an entry he did share, is its Personal notes line: that is his alone by design. You do not install anything either — his invitation is a link in an email that opens in any browser, on any phone or computer.

Yes. A trusted person is not a spectator. You can add entries to any area his hub has open, and edit or remove what you added — you can never change or delete his own entries. Anything you add is shared with the household by design, because a note only you can see would be a note to yourself written in somebody else’s book.

There is no calendar to see. Info Hub never connects to anyone’s Google account and never reads or stores calendar events. What it does is hand an entry to your calendar: press “Add to calendar” and your own calendar opens with the details filled in, and you press save there.

No. Info Hub cannot upload or store files, document scans or attachments of any kind — there is no file upload. And it is not built to hold passwords: keep notes and references there — which bank, who to call, where the original document is — never passwords, PINs or full card numbers.

The people you call first — a doctor, a neighbour, your son — in a fixed block at the top of your hub. Quick Contacts are free on every plan.

Through your own calendar. An entry can offer “Add to Google Calendar”, which opens Google Calendar with the event already filled in — you press save there. Celibrium never connects to your Google account, never reads or syncs your calendar, and stores nothing from that form.

They do different jobs: a Legacy keeps a life’s stories; Info Hub keeps a life’s logistics. They are separate purchases and neither requires the other — and if you own any Celibrium product, Info Hub Full is 25% less, $7.49, applied automatically.

Yes. No pets, no car — put those areas away and your hub shows only your actual life. Hiding an area never unlocks a different one, and you can bring it back any time.

Any time, from account settings. Your account is deactivated immediately, and everything is permanently erased after the fourteen-day recovery period — the gap exists so a deletion made by mistake can still be reversed. Details in Data Retention.
